My name is Spirit Meller. I'm a retired military officer turned leadership coach. 
I thought I had a lot of things together. As a military officer I performed at the top of my profession. As a husband I was committed to my marriage. My marriage was constantly praised by friends, family, and church people. 

But I was not happy in my marriage. And I was losing satisfaction in my professional life. I was trying hard, but I was slowly dying... of dissatisfaction, of persevering in doing "the right things."

I had blind spots. And unfortunately no one helped me see them. They did not have eyes to see. Or if they did, they either didn't have solutions or didn't engage me about it. 
My marriage ended after 18 years of frustrating and confusing labor.

The pain of failure. 
The pain of rejection.
The pain of aloneness.
Wrecked me.
And took my drive.
I spent the next two years figuring out how to heal my heart, overcome the neediness created by neglect and rejection both in my childhood and my marriage, and restore my sense of manhood.

Any action we take towards health is helpful. But only a fully integrated approach will yield the results we really want. Because the secret is unifying our whole self so that we can focus our inherent power and use it to move toward the life we desire every day.

I can no longer stand by and watch my brothers struggle, get exhausted, and get their asses kicked by life. I want to train you to live as a fully Alive Man.
